In the meantime, if you have a past-due balance, you can enroll in EasyPay online at csportal.detroitmi.gov or by calling DWSD at 313-267-8000. EasyPay is available to all DWSD customers. Pay $10 down and your remaining balance will be spread across 36 months, plus your current monthly water, sewer and drainage bill.
